To choose a saddle, the cyclist's morphology, intended use and the type of bicycle used are to be considered. The best saddle in the world will be no use if your bicycle is not adapted to your morphology, physiology or practice.
The city saddle
The widest saddle (180mm) is designed for urban cyclists and touring cyclists with a rather vertical back inclination.

The touring saddle
As is visible on the drawing, the touring cyclist has a riding position intermediate between the city and race positions. The corresponding saddle also has an intermediate width of 157mm.
Gilles Berthoud models Aspin and Aravis (also available as open models).
The racing saddle
Aerodynamic position with a high power output. Weight is well-divided among the five contact points. Our racing saddle is narrow and gives a lot of freedom for the thighs, with little friction.
Gille Berthoud models Soulor and Galibier.
